53 Days and Still Waiting: When Will Obama Make a Decision about Afghanistan?

We are still waiting for Obama to make a decision on the recommendation of his hand-picked Afghanistan ground commander, General McChrystal, for 40,000 new ground troops.

I can think of a couple of reasons for Obama's dithering: 1) He's stalling for time--maybe until after a vote on ObamaCare, for what reason I don't know; or 2) He's constitutionally incapable of making a difficult decision and he's trying to figure out how to vote "Present." Get with it, Champ.
